Jesse was my great grandfather. Jesse had a Grocery Shop in Kingsley, Staffordshire in the 1880's, he then became a Farmer. His first farm was Hazel's Farm, Kingsley where he was a tenant farmer for Mr Bowers. He purchased Bate Farm and later Bradeley Farm in Dilhorne, Staffordshire. He also had a successful milk retail business.
