Irene Lucy was known as Renee to the family. I wrote to Renee at her home in Kings Lynn when I firsted started my family history. She sent me lots of information and photographs about the Ford family including a wonderful photograph of Elijah Ford, my 2 x great grandfather. I corresponded with her through the 1970's and I was very sad when she died in 1980 after a short illness. She was only 60 years old. I will remember her with love and affection.
